Are you still open?

Yes, we are still open for business. Our services are 100% online and we are available during our regular business hours to assist in any way that we can by chat, email, and phone. 


Can I inspect a vehicle in person?

You can come and inspect your vehicle during the regular business hours of the auction facility. All of the auction facilities are maintaining much stricter safety precautions. Please come wearing a facemask and gloves. Social distancing is enforced at all times at all locations. We recommend acquiring a vehicle history report or a third party service to inspect the vehicle on your behalf. 


Are there storage fees?

Yes, storage fees are calculated as normal. 


How can I send a payment?

We accept wire transfers, credit cards, and debit cards for payment for membership or security deposit. The payment for a won vehicle can only be done by wire transfer. Check with your bank to verify if you can send the wire online. 


Can I still ship my car domestically or internationally?
