If you see an outstanding balance on your account after paying in full, it could be for a few reasons.

Wire Fees: When sending a bank wire transfer, it's important to consider bank wire fees. Ensure your bank of the exact amount that needs to reach us to avoid an outstanding balance.

Late Payment: If your full payment doesn't reach our account by the second business day, which includes the day of sale, a late fee of $50 or 2% of the vehicle price, whichever is greater, will be applied to your invoice.

Storage Fee: If a purchased vehicle is not picked up from the lot within two to five business days, including the day of sale, a storage fee of $50 per day will be applied to your invoice. Please keep in mind that the allotted time for pick up depends on the lot.
