I paid the full wire transfer amount. Why is there an outstanding balance on my account?
If you see an outstanding balance on your account after paying in full, it could be for a few reasons.
Wire Fees: When sending a bank wire transfer, it's important to consider bank wire fees. Ensure your bank of the exact
amount that needs to reach us to avoid an outstanding balance.
Late Payment: If your full payment doesn't reach our account by the second business day, which includes the day of sale,
a late fee of $50 or 2% of the vehicle price, whichever is greater, will be applied to your invoice.
Storage Fee: If a purchased vehicle is not picked up from the lot within two to five business days, including the day of
sale, a storage fee of $50 per day will be applied to your invoice. Please keep in mind that the allotted time for pick
up depends on the lot.
