Odometer readings tell us the distance that a vehicle has traveled. There are a few different terms used to identify odometer readings.
- Actual - mileage is correct and true.
- Not Actual - mileage is not accurate or could not be determined.
- Exempt - mileage reading is not required by federal law.
- Exceeds Mechanical Limits - mileage cannot be determined as it has rolled over (99,999+).
