Can I visit the auction yard to preview a vehicle before buying?

To preview a vehicle in person at the auction yard before buying, you will need to upgrade to a Premier or Expert membership, as only Premier and Expert members can enter the yards. Once your account has been registered and is active, you'll be able to preview any vehicle at any auction yard without restrictions. ​ We still recommend all members to contact us to check the auction yard hours for preview.

What are different odometer readings, and what do they mean?

Odometer readings tell us the distance that a vehicle has traveled. There are a few different terms used to identify odometer readings. - Actual - mileage is correct and true. - Not Actual - mileage is not accurate or could not be determined. - Exempt - mileage reading is not required by federal law. - Exceeds Mechanical Limits - mileage cannot be determined as it has rolled over (99,999+).

What does "Future Sale" mean?

Vehicles marked as "Future Sale" are not yet ready for sale or pre-bidding. Add it to your watchlist to get notified when the vehicle will be ready for sale.

All available vehicle information is displayed on the vehicle listing. If you're a Premier or Expert member, you can preview the vehicle in person. Upgrade Membership

I see loose parts of the vehicle in the photos. Will they be included in the sale?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you'll receive any loose parts shown in the photos. Photos are taken upon the vehicle's arrival at the auction yard – long before the vehicle is assigned a sale date for live auctions. Due to this, parts can often be misplaced and become unavailable by the sale date. However, if they are still available, we will do our best to ensure you receive them with your vehicle.
